Electronic signature dispenses with signing witnesses in contracts

§ 4º In the constituted or attested executive titles, any electronic signature type provided for by law is admitted to the signing of witnesses when their integrity is conferred by a signature provider.

following the electronic signature process, simply having a provider reliable is sufficient to ensure the legal certainty of the term.
