The new regulation has as its main objective the improvement of safety in the energy marketing market. Market in order to require greater control of factors that may, in cases of default, generate systemic problems in the sector. It should present annually to CCEE, the financial information audited by an independent company accredited by CVM and without bonding with the audited company.
