SOC Audit for Vehicle Inspection Integration Companies – DETRAN-SP Ordinance No. 47/2025

AudiLink Auditores Independentes provides specialized audit and assurance services in SOC reports (SOC 1 and SOC 2), supporting vehicle inspection integrator companies in meeting the technical, operational and information security requirements required by DETRAN-SP Normative Ordinance nº 47/2025, especially in the item 9.3 – Technical Validation Plan for Homologation.
The aforementioned Ordinance establishes that the technological solutions used by integrating companies must be hosted in a data center in Brazil (Tier III or IV) or in a certified cloud computing environment, with international certifications such as ISO 27001, ISO 27018 and SOC 2 being expressly accepted.
In this context, the SOC 2 Report constitutes a robust and internationally recognized instrument to demonstrate that internal controls related to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy of information are adequately designed and operating effectively, in accordance with the criteria required by DETRAN-SP.
