Blockade of assets of Union debtors begins to take effect in June

The blocking of debtors' assets registered in the Union's active debt, without a judicial decision, should start to have practical effects only in June. The regulation of the measure, which is scheduled to be published in the Official Gazette, should bring a period of 120 days for the beginning of the practice - thus not affecting debtors who are already or will be enrolled in the active debt until mid-June.
