SOC 2+ Expansion

AICPA recently made 2 significant efforts to expand the use of SOC 2. The first, with regard to additional reporting criteria, the second, alignment with other significant IT security regulations, which are sometimes necessary for organizations.

This expansion increases the usefulness of the SOC 2 report, thereby enabling even a reduction in costs and overall compliance efforts for each company, whether small, medium or large.

An “Additional SOC 2 + Subject Assessment” allows experts to assess compliance with SOC 2 and, at the same time, review compliance with other privacy laws, standards and regulations, such as HIPAA, PCI, GDPR , among others.
