New extension of the DACON delivery deadline

The Federal Revenue has again extended the deadline for sending the Social Contribution Determination Statement (DACON). The new deadline for the delivery of the statement is the fifth business day of the month of May 2013, in relation to the operations carried out from October 2012 to February 2013. The new date is also valid in relation to cases of extinction, merger, merger , partial spin-off or total spin-off occurring in that period. The new date was established by means of Normative Instruction RFB No. 1,331, published in the Official Gazette on 02/04/2013.
