Labor complaints with condemnatory or approving decisions will be informed at DCTFWEB from October 2023.

The Federal Government created e-Social to unify social security, tax and labor obligations in a single virtual environment, thus making a more agile platform that optimizes the processes of companies, dismissed bureaucratic acts, thus enabling more favorable environment the transparency and credibility of the institutions.

From October 1st, as provided in item V of Article 19 of Normative Instruction RFB No. 2,005, of January 29, 2021, the events of labor processes shall be recorded in e-Social, the payment of taxes through DCTFWEB which now replaces GFIP.

Who should inform : all employers, individuals or legal entities, domestic employers, meis, special insured. Important to note that while the digital FGTS does not come into force, it will be necessary to use GFIP to collect FGTS.

According to information from the IRS, it is also important to note that GFIP and GPS for condemnatory or homologatory terminative decisions determined by the Labor Court is still used by September 30, 2023, even if the payment is made after October 1, 2023.
